The challenge this US client gave us was to provide excellent, faultless service that would surpass its expectations. We provided this through a team of 120 hostesses, 50 of who were just in the registration area. The event also involved four experienced coordinators who ensured all the information flowed smoothly between the client and the team. The result was clear from the client's final assessment.
